Dennis Giuliani has over twenty years of school facility experience. He was an integral part of growing a small one campus school of 13 acres into a two campus school with more than 50 acres. Student population grew from 500 students to nearly 1,100. The school added more than 200,000 square feet of occupied building space. The school fleet increased from 7 to 30 vehicles. The facilities team grew from 3 to 14.  Dennis was involved in, building management, risk management, budgeting, planning, transportation, landscape management and all areas involving, logistics, including traffic and carpool.

At School Facility Services, Dennis enjoys and takes great pride in developing lasting relationships with  customers. His responsibilities include sales, communication, on-site evaluation, estimates, vendor relationships and scheduling.
